Project Manager & Artist Marie Gordon is interested in innovative Climate Change Communication & supporting communities to engage with climate action in empowering  and creative ways. With an undergrad in illustration and MSc in Climate Change Communication, Marie is particularly interested in participation and engagement as forms of effective climate change communication spurring positive action. 

Her most recent creative project was Tern the Tide, a participative creative climate action project with she led in 2023-2024 - which used Socially Engaged Practices in the Kilcoole, Co.Wicklow community to creatively celebrate the work of BirdWatch Ireland and NPWS in protecting the Little Tern Birds - which culminated in a permanent public artwork made with upcycled materials installed at Kilcoole train station. A passion of Marie's is to experiment and create artwork along the themes of connection, play & sustainability and she is very interested in social art practice. Available for illustration & art commissions and creative workshop enquiries.
